Tivat (Porto Montenegro): arrival, yacht handover, check-in, grocery shopping
We arrive in Tivat by plane or car. If arriving by plane, the airport is 10–20 minutes from the marina by taxi.
The captain takes over the yacht from the charter company and inspects it. The rest of the crew heads to the supermarket to buy essentials for the first few days: water, breakfast items, snacks, drinks.
We settle into the yacht and claim our cabins. The captain runs a briefing: shows how everything works on board, where things are stored, and how to use the equipment.
In the evening we have dinner on the yacht or at one of the restaurants along the Porto Montenegro promenade.

In the first half of the day we can get a feel for how the boat behaves on the water under engine. If the weather is good, we'll raise the sails and head to Mirišta for a rest stop and lunch (Restoran Mirišta or Ribarsko selo). After that we'll move on to Tijesna Luka for an anchorage stop and a bit of relaxation.
